Woops, made a mistake there, don’t eat me fat boy. It consumes on average about 700-800 on full load with a i7 – it’s also hot like hell, so it should help keep you warm for the winter.

1) It won’t use that, nothing like it. I can’t link you benchmark proof, but I can promise you it won’t use anything like that.

2) The PSU isn’t getting anywhere close to its rated output, so it won’t get warm.
