Sniper 2x2 cup?

Nota bene: in this thread i’m not speaking as an admin.
I’ve an idea about sniper 2×2 cup with prize pool $ 500.
The proposed map list is:
1. 2fortsniper_tf2_f
2. dz_sniper_r
3. sn_aasnp
4. sn_snipingarts_2
5. sn_snprvolcano
6. sniper_lumberyard
7. sniper_reservoir
8. sniprwar2b
9. sniprwar2b_d

Format of cup is a single elimination + best-of-three.
Since we had last sniper cup a http://etf2l.org/etf2l/archives/31/1long time ago[/url], we need some kind of feedback. Main question is about best maps (mentioned above or suggest yours). And we need an examples of rules for the sniper cups.

Surely it’s more effective with just noscoping & SMG?
We made a spanish 1on1 sniper cup. I don’t remember the winner (HarryHook) scoring any headshot. Noscopes + Smg is the key. Maybe there is some kind of map which discourages that style of playing.
