Why hasn’t ETF2L allowed Market Gardener yet? It’s not like it would completely break the game, as it’s ridiculously easy to dodge and mostly useless against players that aren’t shit. But it’s so much fun to use, and it CAN actually be useful as a high risk/high reward item to instakill a charged medic instead of just forcing him. Most roamers would probably run Pain Train or Escape Plan 99% of the time anyway even IF you allowed MG, but it would be funnier when used – especially for spectators.

The unlock doesn’t slow the game down, it’s skill-indexed and it’s really easy for medics to dodge roamers with it even with high speed, as you can’t make sharp turns with that much velocity.

What could it hurt, seriously? Don’t tell me “it adds nothing positive to the game”. Since when is adding skill-indexed fun without messing with the balance “not adding anything positive to the game” ???

Following that logic, then ubersaw should be banned. But it’s not.

So why haven’t you allowed this hilarious unlock yet, ETF2L?

It would be preferable to escape plan for roamer if allowed imo.

the problem with the MG is that it doesn’t have a downside in competitive, it’s a straight upgrade to the shovel.
