For reference, some of the most important weapons and their damage with nodmgspread:

Spy Pistol: 58-59
Demoman Pipe: 97-103
Soldier/Heavy Shotgun: 10 shots @ 9 dmg
Soldier Rocket: max 112, rest depends on distance
Heavy
Scout Shotgun: max 104 dmg
Scout Pistol: max 22 dmg
Stickies: max 156 dmg
All meelee except for scout bat, spy knife and pyro axtinguisher: 65 dmg
scout bat: 35 dmg
spy knife:40 dmg
sniper unscoped: 50 dmg, (kritz: 150 dmg)
pyro flare gun: 30 dmg + burn (total of 90=30+60)
pyro flamethrower: 6-7 dmg per flame + burn
pyro burn: 20 x 3 dmg over 10 seconds

Unscoped kritz snipers are the future.

I was just about to post some of the values I found, but you just beat me to it :p

some other stuff I found:
Pipes can do 104 if youre really close.
Rocket launcher selfdamage: 85 max
Nadelauncher selfdamage: 65 max
Stickylauncher selfdamage: 114 max

Strangely enough most of the enemy stickies I tested only did 113 damage with a couple damaging a little more.

Overall the values seem a little higher then I expected.

The damage a sticky grenade does depends on the distance between the demoman and the position of the grenade at the time of explosion.
