Before pickup starts each chooses his own main class. After pickup ends player can votes for the one best player of the match. This voting is optional. Player can choose player from the opposite team.
When month ends, we select all votes for class X which can be scout, soldier, demo or medic. Our final chart has is a very simple view, for example:
ByteMe – 423 votes
KOVACS – 417 votes
…
1st place get $ 300, our monthly prize pool.

They’d get stomped by higher skilled players, and would be completely useless to your team which would probably cause alot of rage.
If possible, make a separate pickup channel for the new players.
