As some of you may have noticed snuke(vye) has been having numerous problems lately with players leaving and a number of players going inactive and also players losing the motivation to take the game seriously – i personally do not have the motivation to continue with the team and to replace a number of players so this will probably lead to the end of snuke….again If you want to discuss why Ive made this decision in more detail Ill be happy to explain. Id like to wish all the players of snuke the best of luck!

So onto the point, because of this Im now on the lookout for a new team to play scout for. Details are as follows:

Me:

– Mid Skilled (played two seasons of division 4 with snuke) could probably do even better given a good team and a good scout partner
– Active from 8GMT onwards on most nights
– Good Comms (able to call for the other scout if needs be)
– Based in the UK (Essex)
– Mature – 21 Years old
– Good sense of humour (like to have a laugh on and off mumble)
– Lannable (Im all paid up for i40 – cuthere!)
– Understand the importance of Good teamplay and Callers, i played CS/CSS for 6 years before moving onto TF2
– Have vast experience in managing and running teams (but this no longer interests me)
– Up for forming a new team
– Up for being in a backup spot for a higher div team

You:

– Top Division 4 or Middle Division 3 (ill also consider offers from lower div teams if i know the players)
– Prefer a team consisting of mainly UK players (nothing against others, im just used to this from my days of CS) obviously if youre not you must have perfect english!
– Mature (please have an average age of atleast 18 or above)
– Must have a GOOD caller (preferably a medic – ive had bad experience of other classes trying to call, it just doesnt work!)
– Works on Tactics on a regular basis and discuss results of matches
