No, the zelda mishap just showed how unreliable a wii is, which is a pity because there was alot of crazy and intricate things happening with the kinect and it worked perfectly.

Kinect is camera-based and the Wii was communicating wirelessly with the television, and with all those bloggers and whatnot in that room there was a communication error. I’ve played Wii Sports Resort, and those controls work perfectly in practice, it was just an unfortunate thing :P
Yeah. I have owned a Wii since it launched and wireless stuff like ex. bluetooth fucks up something and the wiimote stops responding to movements. :S
