youre not supposed to have screenshots only the .tga files and the .wav file :D

Works well, but I would suggest a different key than F12 because that’s the steam overlay screenshot key :)

Doesn’t record anything for me and windows asks permission to open registry editor when closing the program..?

people who are having problems, I recommend that you first update your java version @ http://www.java.com and then try again.

@Kenny: did you disable steam cloud in the tool’s settings? Also, do this experiment: start tf2 with the tool, write this in the console

bind O “host_timescale 0.001; host_framerate 60; startmovie testmovie”
bind Q “endmovie; host_framerate 0; host_timescale 1”

And then try to record something starting with O and stopping with Q. Tell me if that works

@basH: I need more information than that. What happens when you double click lwrt.exe? Any error messages? Does the tool start but when you press ‘start team fortress 2’ nothing happens?

The registry thing is normal, I only edit a single value (HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareValveSourcetfSettingsDXLevel_V1) to restore the user’s original dxlevel setting (it’s the only reasonable way to do it). About not recording anything, read what I told kenny in the post above this one.

1. You forgot to credit the guy who made the demo fix
2. In the replay update valve fixed this themselves (so you don’t need the plugin anymore)

1) I know, I wanted to, but sadly somebody sent the fix directly to me, so I never found out who made it (I even google’d it but to no avail)

2) I just checked and you’re right, so next version won’t have the plugin, thanks for the info :D
