What I just noticed today is that your addons Folder just dissapears when starting PLDX.
So what you have to do is simply create a new addons folder and add the DemoFix.dll as usual WHEN YOU ARE INGAME WITH PLDX.
That helped me.

You dont need a rollback patch anymore :P The old demos are working after the REPLAY update ;)

I have this problem with old demos where I can’t go past a certain tick (hl2.exe stops responding)
demo_gototick doesn’t work, neither does the demoui and if I try and FF through the demo, it stops responding when I hit a certain point.
Anyone know what to do?

I can’t log onto Steam and won’t be able to until the 10th, so I can’t download the replay update. :
