whats going on with TF2 beta 2 project?

Valve is working on finishing l4d2 atm.

TF2 beta project is the project with top teams who can test the updates before every body. The goal is to have community request developped by valve.

ok then, answer to “do we have some news about this project. Is it still going on?” is yes, its still going on but nobody is working on it since every artist and coder seems to do l4d2 now

I know that the tf2 team finished on l4d2 on the 7th of October from a very trustworthy person.
