Regarding accomodation :
To be honest pick the Hotel packs it’s the best thing you have to do, with those packs you have nothing to do, you come at lan and admins will give you the keys. End of the problem.
They booked 90% of epinal’s hotels and it’s not enough to accomodate everyone (600 on 1000 players). The other thing is to check google map and find an hotel they didn’t book, but you will need a car.
Or sleep with your computer :)

Yeah. Unfortunately, the TF2 final is the first to be played on Sunday…

The tournament schedule has not been fixed yet. It will be done quickly, check the website http://www.maxlan.org ;)

Indeed the schedule will be tight atleast for the “pro” tournament because the TF2 finals will probably be played sooner than other finals but i hope there will be a loser bracket.

Is there a signup closure date?

I haven’t book this yet but I’ll definitely be looking to go as coverage at least.
