That’s what I do these days. I hate sitting on the server for 15 minutes waiting for people to join.

Totally agree with this thread, of course there’s going to be a few unseen problems occasionally but ffs how hard is it to turn up on time really?
It makes us look like raging miserable bastards when we get fed up have to find another game, but truth is it’s because we’ve actually scheduled ‘decent’ games at SET times to stop us playing random mix teams etc.
A lot of people have told me in other games there is virtually no waiting time, (e.g CSS) and reading form this thread kind of agrees with that.
