Hi Guys

I’ve got the wheels in motion for a public server from MPUK for an ETF2L public server. Please drop below your favorite mods/settings/maps and i’ll try to appease all, but everyone likes different things so it’ll be the best of all suggestions hopefully.

Remember its a public server so its not doing to be Vanilla + Med 16 man server ;), bear that in mind and let me know your ideas!

So far i propose:
24 Man server
Popular map rotation with This seasons etf2l maps + other popular community favorites.
Autobalance
Plugin: at the end of a round that shows both teams MVP’s instead of just the winning team.
Plugin: On the front page of ETF2L website, a link showing activity or info or hl stats, etc.
Plugin: HLStats
Class limits: Unlimited – But Snipers/Spys/Heavys/Engies limited to 2
Unlocks – Allow all (Its a public after all!)
Random Crits = Off.

I’ll add any decent suggestions shall be added to this post!

Remember its a public so its for “organised” fun and wont cater exclusivly for prem players (except shintaz) we need to develop a core player base, be it random pubbers or div6+ players.

just limit support classes like engineer, sniper, spy. 2 a piece.

I think what ryan says is best, a class limit on Support classes makes sense, but having no limit is a bit stupid, that way if you get 4 engies and 3 spys on your team its a bit pointless and will just make people RQ

Then you can type Hlstats -disable in chat and its as if they dont exist.
