what you may be looking for is log_verbose_enable 1, which (default) gets the location of every player on the map (x, y, z) every some seconds and adds it to the log file.
with log_verbose_interval you can change the… well, interval of above command.

having it log to an IP address should generally be well possible, however they’d need to rcon logaddress_add or smth so that’s a big “meh” as well.

tl;dr: It may be possible to get the logs, but adds some security concerns/some hassle to do it.
