Weird that Torden refused to publish this on Vanilla. It’s an insightful post which people agree with, obviously. Who elected Torden as the controller of information that decides what is and what isn’t appropriate content on the communities only “democratic” opinion platform?
Might his relationship with TF2TV, for example, have influenced his editorial judgement in this case?
It’s not really a democracy, it is his site he can allow/disallow whatever he wants :D

How much actual feedback have you recieved given in this much detail? and were you aware of many of the opinions of people who have agreed with me in the thread?
If the response if little and no, then you have to admit that this thread has been a helpful example of feedback for you to drawn upon.

Since ThePledge requested that people send feedback he has received a great deal and again that’s something we’re in the process of going over. You actually saved me a job because a lot of the points you’ve typed out here were issues I wanted to raise in our staff meeting on sunday.
If something like this is obvious to the community you have to assume that we also see and understand the issues ourselves, however you are well within your rights to post it up on a public message board like this if you wish. Personally I don’t think it’s going to change how we approach the issues had you had sent it to us privately instead though, mostly people are just agreeing with the points, which means we would’ve satisfied them had we received and responded to your post in private as well.

And I’m glad that tf2tv will seek to ammend some of the issues i’ve brought forward, especially since the concerns have been raised by multiple people
