Cheapish hotels but pretty good quality.
Helsinki – Eerikinkatu and Helsinki – Lönnrotinkatu are both pretty close to the location. On the “hotels” page you can see the minimap marking the location of the hotels. The venue is near “Salmisaari” and “Ruoholahti” on the left. 15-20minute walk about maybe :)
edit: Oh and there’s the subway from “Kamppi” to “Ruoholahti”, so you dont really have to walk much. The train and bus station with transit to the airport are also close by.

I was trying to figure it out myself but these Finnish names make no sense whatsoever.

I’m just creating some e-drama to promote the greatest TF2 LAN event of all time… WASM!
We’re all pumped up right now with blight!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE le’ts make this the best TF2 lan yet, YYT needs to come.
I’d like to remind all teams that deadline for presingups is 27.12.2009. We recommend that even if you are unsure about the final roster or something like that go and PRESIGNUP :)
Roster will be locked at 11.01.2010 and even then you can negotiate about roster changes. Basic rules are that you have can change 2 players when you arrive to the tournament. eg. someone got pig flu or something..
Presignup is the best way to make sure your team will be invited to the tournament.

Yes, I’d like to remind you that teams like Dignitas, illegal and Blight have not signed up yet. So if you know that you’re coming, please do it asap and make the organizers job easier.
