Wanna play demoman in S20

Im looking for an organised team that scrims often, fun guys no flaming just constructive critisism (how do english). I'm probably to lazy to leave mumble after scrims so ill hang there for a while would be cool if u guys were social outside scrims i guess.

My style of demo is taking alot of heals and being agressive with them, i prefer having a gunboatted/long leash pocket on the team with a scout that plays around the combo.
