Steam ID is already in use

Hi, i want to register account on etf2l, but when i enter my steam id
it says that this steam id is already in use, but I hadn’t… So i want you to delete this account.
I have some proofs that this account is mine:

Use IRC and go to #etf2l on quakenet and type !admin. I am sure they can help you out.

For the record, the user currently using this ID is http://etf2l.org/forum/user/13798/ — do you know them?
But yes, !admin on irc is a good idea.
I don’t think it’s a bot, but someone (or someones) is wasting his time on creating such topics. So many of them in past few days, most of authors of which had their accounts registered x<3 hours earlier.
I think there are many new players registering on ETF2L because of the highlander challenge.
Easy equation:
more people => more people who do not know what a FAQ is => more stupid forum posts
