The skin for Rocketdock I use is http://rocketdock.com/addon/skins/27333 though the icons are the ones Sigh posted above but I particular prefer the white ones better because they stand out better on a black background as mine.
Edit: I forgot to mention that the icon pack includes a vast amount of icons from commonly used programs and games. Though, I had to create the Mumble and Warsow icons by myself so they could fit in with the rest.
