All right, the time is up, the votes have been cast, results have been tallied. Let’s wrap this thing up.

First off, some interesting (and also some less interesting) stats

– Three other top-10 posters were only mentioned very infrequently (klu #4: 3 times, eoN^ #7: 1 time, DouGie #10: 1 time)
– Other users with 1000+ posts who were never mentioned are: G-man/Brutallus, Killchain, AnAkIn, ViQun
– Dummy crossed the 1000 post threshold during the contest. Everyone with Dummy in their list will get 0,5 point for him.
– Interetingly enough, only 2 out of the 10 dummy mentions were from before he crossed the 1000 posts threshold.
– Loser of the week: Sir Remix was in joint first place untill he published his 2nd attempt, which cost him 2 points, and eternal fame.
– THe flawless award goes to BlinkBoy: 6 names, 6 points. A good second is Nightbox/Chris: Both with 13 guesses, 11 points (so 12 correct, 1 wrong)
– “Tikcus” was only misspelled as “Tickus” once. I’ve been using the wrong version for ages, ergo: I’m illiterate.
– While crzfst’s entry wasn’t particularly usefull, with him scoring 0 points, Bury was the only one to achieve negative points. His poor guesses brought him to a grand total of -1 point. We all feel your pain, Bury.
– Several people mentioned bash. I’ve no idea whether the mean the Finnish or the German bash, but since then have 333 and 182 posts respectively, it doesn’t matter that much.
– The average score was 4,67 points, the median was 5,5
