i erased my internet explorer icon on my desktop at home… how do reinstall internet on my computer?!?!

Create a shortcut that points to “%PROGRAMFILES%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe”
If you want the special IE desktop icon (not just a shortcut), see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945402 (scroll down lots)

When I shut down my computer, it just starts back up. Why is this? The only way I can kinda turn it off is by putting it to sleep or pulling the plug out.

Check for wake-on-lan or similar settings in BIOS.
I remember, years ago, our computer used to start itself every time someone called to our landline phone. I must’ve been 12 or something. That’s when I decided I wanted to go in IT. Fucking computers, how do they work??

I set up some fun binds in TF2 to say stuff in chat using Unicode characters, and they were working fine, but then I had to reinstall TF2 and when I reimported my cfgs only one of the characters still shows correctly, the others being displayed as empty boxes. Since my teammates have reported they show correctly for them, is the problem with Windows? How do I fix this?

I imagine it comes with software to spread stuff out. If not, I’m sure such software exists. Perhaps UltraMon can do this (doubt it though).

First of all you’d need to plug all 3 monitors onto a video output connector. So you’re either going to need a video card that has 3 of those (dont think that exists, but honestly have no idea), or a 2nd videocard assuming your first has 2 connectors. You get the idea.
The kind of cpu/gpu/ram you need heavily depends on what you want to do with it :)
