How to get this chargecolour, i like it more than the normal one?

there is script in my cfg, the logic is simple:

if you wear healgun and press mouse2: you drop flag (you cant use uber while with flag :D), charge and say_team “blablabla mr freeman”

if you wear syringegunsaw and press mouse2 (and hold it for about 0.5 sec): you equip healgun, drop flag, charge and say_team
