Maybe it’s a bit late… However. First of all your movie isn’t bad for your very first try. :) But there are some things which dont work, like the mumble overlay and the hud. Try to use a recording tool. I guess every editor recommends Lawena:

Use it. The quality of your movie will improve. :) Another tip is this site. It’s the Link to a tutorial by Son of Dad. He made the Yz 50 movie. He explains pretty well the single steps with the programs and teaches you about smoothing and stuff to record several scenes from diffrent angles. He is also showing, how to record the demofiles and how to render the tga files and so on. It helped me, when i made my first movie and i’m sure that you will improve too. :)
