Best Engie in the ETF2L

I’ve had arguments from lots of people claiming to be the best engie in ETF2L or even the world (Read: Illii) and I was wondering, who is the best? and is there a way to test engies 1v1? May sound stupid but I’m actually quite curious.
The last time me and Fragga played each other in a pub everyone left. He called it 2-2 but I dominated him, be it by assists or not and I think that should count.
The last time we played it in a pickup, we both pretty much topscored, and we both pulled off entire team kills multiple times.
I’m still better though, no doubt about it.
