Which divs get 1st, 2nd and 3rd medals?

I have asked around and people are saying different stuff. We are new EU HL team who started at the bottom, who finished 1st in div6P. Do we get a 1st place medal? Or do we just get a ETF2L partichipant medal?

I’m pretty sure we haven’t decided yet. Generating different medals for each subdivision means adding several dozen models for every competition, so we aren’t sure if that’s viable.
Crasp is correct. We don’t really know at this stage, need to fulfill some requirements from Valve.
