This will be my first season ever!, but i checked our team schedule and it seems that there is div5 team playing in division 6. I admit their leader has over 5000 hours and still plays in division 6. (Nevermind Gaming.TF2)
It seems their leader is probably around div5, but the rest of the team seem fresh from pub. Also, hours spent on pub are pretty much useless in comp, and with 5000, im guess most of that is spent idling :)

I know this team and i can say that there are only player from FFA who have a leader with a good experience but just their leader make damage (Go focus demo :o)…
And i think that they’ll drop because they just lose 2 players.
Us, in our div we have a player from premium S10… So you are very lucky… (Bios is just a D5-D4 player…).

I am ok with being in third,some of my team8 not.And I think its mainly unfair to our opponents.
