ETF2L is a community powered website, it isn’t some wealthy org, that can afford that sort of stuff unless sponsored by someone and we all know that isn’t happening any time soon.

Note that a top team that is capable of winning tournaments at a top level can surely find a sponsor to help them out with lan support anyway. So it is possible to arrange a match for two top teams.

But, keep in mind that a team which made it to the finals of an online tournament might not necessarily make it to the finals of an offline tournament. In that case a final of an online season should be played in-between the lan itself. Which is retarded to say the least.
