Why would you need it when there are people that actually know how competitive game works and are making maps, valve just need to make them oficial.
Because the top 2 played maps were made by Valve? They listen to the competitive community, see granary 2nd, so no harm asking.

So why has no one msged them? They have people who are paid to make maps, so I would put my faith in Valve to make a good map.
