I got my first hat 30 mins ago, before it Ive never had any. Its the snipers panama hat or what.

I have one D:
To be fair though it’s the demoman top hat which is pretty sexy but I want a medic hat! D:
i got medic hat ique, and a demo, and a soldier and a… yeah i have hats for most classes :<
I have no hats but gunboats and a medal so meh. :P
Agent 47 has like 450 hours as spy and doesn’t even have a camera beard :>

I didnt receive any hat since the spy/sniper update.The only shit I have is the gibus
Would be happy for getting Gunboats at least. Our scouts and medic has three pairs or so :I
I got 2 hats the next day after valve put them in the game , a pyros beanie and the trophy belt (which is pointless , looks the same as the default sniper hat). Since then , no hats. Which is like 6 months or more?
Crafted them both into a Football helmet. Then 2 days ago got a camera beard.
