How do you report players, also can you report yourself, also if you report yourself can you ban yourself, also if you report your own alt can your alt get banned, also if you hack on your alt can your alt get hacked by the creator of the hack you used?

Very educational also, If I get hacked by the hacker of the hack he made can i ban the hacker? and if the hacker gets banned can he ban me for using his hacks?
