Funny thing is that while most ppl complain about russian servers, most serious russian teams have rented german servers.

I have to state though, that it’s really tough when ppl with great skill as some of those russians, play with a sub-par connection on german servers, they’ll have pretty low pings but are hard to hit.

I think they have a right to play in the ETF2L though. I’d love to see how they’d perform in a lan final in ukesa or sth.

On geographical side, Russia is in europe, but not politicaly. This depends on how you define europe. Also Turkey isn’t in europe, there’s a huge lake in between that we call the “Black Sea”, and Israel I remember that it got positioned in the “Middle East” which is another continent…

And the worst flame we got was playing against russians, pischto didn’t get this attitude from nothing. We’re are used to being polite to each other but if people need to show how old they are, let them flame. That’s what I said to pischto during the wars. We did also play against friendly russian once which impressed us much. It showed us that not all russians are “flam0rz” etc.

What I find good about this thread is that we show us once again how better we are compared to other communities and that this gets discussed after all. But once again we have those “I lol’ed” or “damn, topics get more and more stupid these days? or is it just the authors of em?” who don’t seem to grasp anything pischto tries to say.
