Is it really an advantage to fire rockets from the center ?
I can see 2 advantages when they are fired from right side:
– you can easily shoot rockets while keeping lots of cover (for sentries for example)
– RJ is easier on right side
Have a quake live account from before “x” date and receive “x” ingame item!
I just would like centered firing for all weapons :(

But with centered:
-You don’t have to shoot the left side of a close range enemy.
-RJ is the same on both sides.
-You rockets act like quake rockets -> easier for quake players.
If anyone wants to try it, join one of the ESL servers and type !original on (or off to disable) in the chat while being Soldier. You’ll need to change your class/change your rocket launcher to load the Quake one though.

So fucking retarded, i have owned quake 4 retail version for a looong time, but because steam has its own database for keys.. it cant be activated, and thus i have to buy quake 4 again if i want the original.
