No, it means the charge meter gets filled a bit more quickly. The rate of fire and damage stay the same. There’s a variation of the new sniper rifle in the beta, it doesn’t make a huge difference, but it’s quite fun to use.

Despite the fact that the charge has 50% fire and 40% blast while the screen has 25% fire and 20% blast.

Lol, the demomans new sword sounds pretty neat :D:D just running around on public, stealing all the ammo and health you can while constantly charging at people.
Whee, triple jump for no cost. Except who gets hit with that 10 damage? It’s in blue so I guess the opponent?

Yes. And apparently it’s an AoE effect too.
