Hey guys,

I have a big big problem. I have played TF2 with the following settings:
Quadcore Q6600
4GB RAM Corsair
Geforce 8800 GTX

Resolution: 1440×900
Model Detail: High*
Texture Detial: High*
Shader Detail: High*
Water Detail: Reflect all*
Color correction: enabled
Anti Aliasing mode: 4x MSAA*
Anisotropic: 8X*
Wait for vertical sync: Disabled*
Motion blur: disabled
FOV: 90
High dynamic range: Full (if available)*

Okay, so far so good. Config all standard. I have played with those settings without a problem so far. Now for movie purposes I tweaked my Grahpical settings with nHancer and via the Nvidia control panel. Since then my game was lagging very bad due to low fps. I restored all default Nvidia settings and deinstalled nHancer. I fully reinstalled Steam and TF2. But now I can’t play with those settings anymore. I have to turn off AA and HDR to play with good fps, if I turn them on especially AA I have like 20-30fps. I tested CoD4 with all full settings and it works perfectly. I dunno what to do. PLZ HELP ME :((

with nHancer you can manipulate the hl2.exe and the graphical settings. But I deinstalled the programm and steam, so that wouldnt effect anything anymore

mhh no never thought about that.. honestly I don’t know how to do that ^^
But thats a good idea

Start -> Program Files -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore

I honestly thought when I saw this topic “not more viagra spam”! :(

@kluniq:system recovery didnt help either..

Don’t forgot to completely uninstall the old ones (google driver cleaner)
