I used to use that one to configure my crosshairs. You can enlarge them as well as select custom crosshairs for every weapon of every class.

hope it helps

team fortress 2 materials.gfc

tf > materials > sprites > crosshair.vtf

open that with VTFEdit, export it as an image, do what you want with it

import it back to VTFEdit ans save it as crosshair.vtf and put it into materials\tf\sprites\

dunno if it works if the server is running sv_pure 1 or 2

The default xhair changes size depending on resolution. You could lower your resolution to make it bigger but it’s probably not worth it.

Wish valve would make it so we can change the colour of the default crosshair :( Scout default is amazing, but you can barely see it.

You can colour, enlarge the default xhairs by using VTFEdit. They won’t look that “attractive” or polished though aswell as being unusable on sv_pure 2 servers. As for changing default crosshairs from one class to another,I doubt this can be accomplished without the use of a custom crosshair which are, again, unusable in sv_pure 2 servers. The only possible thing you can do is have weapon x have its default xhair, while weapon y have one of valve’s implemented custom ones.

well, the program doesn’t care if it’s sv_pure 1 or 2. I’ve used it in sv_pure 2 servers fine.

you dont have to customize everything using it. if you like your default xhair then you can leave it as it is, only enlarged.

A previous thread on hud crosshairs eigher by rectangular shapes or custom fonts. http://etf2l.org/forum/leaguea/topic-9464/ Won’t allow for multiple crosshairs though. Should enable you to replicate one of your favourite defaults quite accurately. It could be stretched to two crosshairs by associating them with weapons with and w/o clips, but I doubt it would be worth the hassle.

because it is bundled with a bypasser

The crosshair changer works on sv_pure 2 simply because all its doing is assigning the custom crosshairs that are already in the game (shocker) to different weapons and scaling/colouring them to your needs whilst also changing viewmodel to whatever you want x weapon to be at.

Aarons xhair changer has been around for awhile now and I doubt it uses any sort of bypass because all it does is simply write bind commands or whatever you want to call them into the assigned class cfg so you can get the desired effect stated above.
