A required update for Team Fortress 2 is now available. Please run hldsupdatetool to receive it. The specific changes include:

Added new community weapons and hats.
Updated CP_Gorge
– Added nobuilds to the awnings outside BLU’s forward spawn to preventing players building up there.
– More clip work and model collision work based on community feedback.
– Fixed BLU forward spawn door appearing through roof.
Updated PLR_Pipeline
– Added new stairwell in Stage 1 and window access to both teams’ platforms by main choke point to help alleviate stalemates.
– Reverted the starting position for the cart in Stage 3 if a team had won the first 2 stages to where you no longer get a big cart-start-position advantage.
– Fixed rare cases where stage would break when cart had no nearby capper(s).
– Fixed carts not always moving to their starting locations correctly.
– Fixed respawn times in Stage 3 not being set to the proper values.
– Fixed the map not finishing correctly in Stage 3 if the two teams capture the final point at the same time.
Removed sv_showhitboxes to avoid players confusing it with the method by which we do hit detection (see http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Source_Multiplayer_Networking for info)

stats of the new weapons:

The Tribalman’s Shiv
On hit: Bleed for 8 seconds
-35% damage done

Scotsman’s Skullcutter
+20% damage done
-15% speed on wearer

New kukri = Dead ringer + Huntsman.

New axe = Jarate + Axtinguisher. (Not sure about this one though, someone said it in the game chat)

Might want to post when it occurs and what error message (if any) you receive.

And yes, bleeding is pretty stupid.
Has anyone tested damage yet? From what Ive seen it looks like the new kukri can deal up to 110 damage in 1 hit (including the bleeding effect), if so then that’s messed up.

stop whining.. sniper has -35% dmg…means hs cant oneshot medic… good trade for a useless kukri

The -35% damage are on his melee, headshots are unaffected.

New Demoman hat is amazing, the rest are… meh. I love how people are crying already about how “overpowered” the weapons are. Do you honestly see a sniper running in wildly with his Shiv and actually killing anyone? It’s only going to be useful when you can ninja somebody with it, or, in the more likely case you’re being attacked by a Spy and you don’t have to chase him.

Bleed is probably a less effective burn.
