Ok the ban list without the expired bans isn’t that huge, but since there are probably a lot of players in the league, it might be worth the effort to provide a “banned.cfg” so that not every server admin has to create it manually from the ban list. Quick ‘n’ dirty method would be to maintain two ban lists, the one you have now and a “banned.cfg”. The other option would be a generator which creates a “banned.cfg” either from database or from the page you have now.

Yeah, i think this is a good idea for PCWs or public servers :)

Thats too much power for a single entity to hold. If you can’t tell a person is cheating in a PCW, then it probably wouldn’t have made a difference to the outcome of the match.

maybe they just believe that being banned from the league isnt enough and they want to do their part by making the ban stick on public and non public so the player learns their lesson?

Sadly, he is not that good to be accused of cheating :(

A player is banned in the league, private matches have nothing to do with it. If you don’t want to play against a cheater, just look for a different match.

The whole point is so you can automatically tell who is a cheater. I don’t know about you but I couldn’t name more than about two guys that I know are banned.
