Flip queue size & Max frames render ahead

Hoping someone can give definitive answers about this.
I’ve used values from 0 to 3 still and haven’t been able to determine the optimal setting.

Drop some knowledge on this fool!

It just changes the framebuffer’s max buffer width. Leave it alone, the default settings are fine.
