What graphics is the best?

I got a good PC and i am playing on max graphics. got 160 fps.
But is there some options that makes everything looks less messy, like the floor is just in 1 single colour and so on. that makes it easier to see opponents and stickeys and so on?

wait what. when i typed in -dxlevel 81 my game set to fullscreen. im usualy playing with windowed and no boarder. can i play with both dxlevel 81 and windowed?
and also, that dxlevel thingy makes my anti-alising go up :S and if i take anti alising away, it will be back if i restart tf2.,.
