I’ve never, in any game, found a reason to rage (regarding other people’s skill level, anyway). Could just say “you could’ve done so and so” instead of “omg wtf are you doing!!1!”, surely?

But those soldiers wouldn’t have been raging at you, spike is saying that he doesn’t like being raged at etc.

Just laugh at them then. If they’re angry because the team is losing, try keeping the medic alive.

I approve of this! I’m not sure how the soldier on your team didn’t notice that the demoman died, then 2 seconds after you died, then 2 seconds after that, decided to turn around and kill me.
Pro tip guise: look up.
I would be happy if you introduced and abode by a strict rule of at least one season played in div5+ for every player. Don’t care if I am gonna be banned then, at least I’ll have that hope of a decent pickup channel to join someday.

This, pretty much.
As a note, I’ve discussed it with some of the other admins and we will be implementing an admin only invite system (identical to how it works in pu2 to give F2 the credit actually).
As an example:
We instantly banned phytek and playa (playa before he was banned as I was actually in that mix with the reddiculous flick shot). But guess what, Phytek came back, (btw, if you’re reading this, we know who you are, don’t bother playing another pickup).
