6v6 Nations Cup Rules Reminder

This does not seem to have reached all team captains but it is not allowed to reschedule matches to other days after the schedule deadline of the week (which is the Sunday before the week starts). Rescheduling the time by a couple of hours is, however, allowed. This is to know the schedule for the coming week in advance and to be able to prepare proper coverage for each day.

We made some exceptions for now but this will be the last ones. Please take care that your match is scheduled until Sunday if you do not want to play on the default day. Any other rescheduled matches will be set back to their original date.

To play successfully in the tournament you should read the Nations Cup rules, in case you have not yet. The most important rules have been discussed in the captains forum and were featured in the last newsposts but obviously not all rules have.

Another thing that does not seem to have reached all captains is that it was originally not allowed to add new players from day 1 of the tournament. Many unbuilt rosters gave us no choice but to lift the roster lock for the group stages. With this also comes the necessary announcement that unverified players do not count as mercs and are allowed to play before the 24-hour-verification period is over.

The ETF2L admin staff would very much welcome if the captains could contact an admin on their playdays (or earlier) to give them their lineups for the match. We want to give each team the coverage it deserves but it takes an unproportional amount of time to do that without help from the captains.

Highlander Nations Cup Roster Lock

All rosters will be locked on Wednesday 18th at 23:00 CET. This is after the group stages have finished and you have had enough time to complete your roster. Another thing to note is that there is a maximum roster size of 20, it appears that there are teams with more than 20 players in their roster. If this applies to you, please remove players until there are only 20 remaining, any teams with more than 20 players will be dropped.
