Fun Cup Sign-Ups closing Sunday!

Soldier 1on1 + Basketball 2on2 Fun Cup Sign-Ups closing this Sunday, 23:59 CET.

Quite a lot teams have signed up for a cup, but haven’t entered all requirements. Please be sure your team has:

  • Correct number of players in roster (Soldier – 1 player | Basketball – 2 players)
  • At least two different contact options entered

At the moment we have 43 people registered for our Soldier 1on1 Cup and 37 teams for our Basketball 2on2 Cup, so still some spots are free. Interested in participating? Have a look at our Sign-Up instructions. [Link]

3rd Cup Round 2 – Schedule Deadline

The 2nd Round Schedule Deadline is coming closer. All Round 2 Games have to be scheduled and entered in our Calendar until Sunday, 22th June, 23:59 CET.

Please contact your opponent soon if your game isn’t scheduled yet. [Link]

Season 2 – Regular Season Games finished

We are happy to announce all regular Season Games are done; you can now have a look at the Final Tables. [Link]

Due to our League Rules („If two teams are tied in points for a position at the end of the season they will play a Playoff-Game for final position.”) there will be two Playoff Games:

  • Division 2a Title Decider – Germany last one alive lock the door vs. France extenSia!
  • Division 4b Promotion Spot Decider – Netherlands Legion of Legends vs. Italy QuiD Multigaming

Both games will be played by Tuesday night. Season 2 will end with Season Awards Polls and an article on Wednesday.

Nations’ Cup Sign-Up Phase

Due to Season 2 Playoff Games we will open our Nations’ Cup Sign-Ups next Wednesday, 25th June, at 0:00 CET.

All National Team Contact Persons have been mailed with more information about the Cup and Sign-Up instructions to register their National Team at the site. Please check your mails if you haven’t read them yet.

TF2 Pyro Update

Most people will already have noticed Valve released the new Pyro Update with a Free TF2 Weekend for everybody. [Link]

We will have a look at all additions and changes. It’s forbidden to use any new Pyro Weapon in any ETF2L Game until we announce something else.

As ctf_turbine has been added as official map this version is supposed to be used from now.

    just out of curiousity – if both teams advance to the next divisions and the ranking doesnt have any other effect – why the need for 2 playoffs matches? ;)

    Well, the 2A playoff is to decide who actually won the division (not all that unimportant :) ), they’re tied for 1st place.
    And the 4B playoff is because these 2 teams are tied at 4th place, where 4th is a promotion spot, and 5th isn’t.

    There are some other teams tied in points here and there, but those do not affect anything, unlike these 2 matches.
