We will start with the worst news: The Last Resort.Tagan stopped playing TF2 and dropped from Division 1. With having three dropped teams in our 1^st Division it’s poorly a pretty decimated competition. As we would have like 1 match per Week in Division 1, we changed the timetable a bit. Beside that we are happy all other divisions are running smooth and great at the moment. Keep on!

That will be the changed timetable for Division 1:

Week 5 – Week commencing February 4, 2008

• Four Kings vs. fof² (from Week 7)
• Team CoolerMaster vs. Clan United (from Week 8)

Week 6 – stays like it is

Week 7 (last week of Division 1) – Week commencing February 18, 2008

• Team CoolerMaster vs. Four Kings (from Week 9)
• Clan United vs. In Die Anale Combo (from Week 9)
• Fof² vs. Kompaniet (from Week 9)

Week 8+9 – no games in Division 1

Hope that will be fine with all Division 1 Teams, please contact us if you have any problems with the new schedule.

Beside that a few games of Week 4 still aren’t scheduled. If your game is not added in the Calendar by Sunday, 23:59 CET league admins will set a default match date.

• Division 3a – FsA vs. Team Empire

Evilhunter from myTeamFortress.de also pleased me to mention his first ‘Audiocomment‘ for ETF2L Division 1 Game Kompaniet vs. Clan United. The idea is having a synchronic commentary by watching a demo. Sadly this Audiocomment is in German, but myTeamFortress.de is searching for English people who would like to make something equal. If you are interested in helping out and do some English Audiocomment, please contact Evilhunter. You can download the first German Audiocomment here.

Beside that the progress on Season 2 already started, we have some new ideas which we will try to realize. There is also a Feedback thread on the forum, feel free to post your thoughts there.

Last but not least we have a first vote about our 2^nd ETF2L Cup, of course the community will be able to decide which format it will have! You will have to register to be allowed to vote. This vote will be open until next Friday, 23:59 CET. There will follow a vote about Double / Single Elimination Mode and Seedings / No Seedings [and Mappool if needed]. SignUps will probably start one day after Starting Cup Final has been played (21.02.).

Notice: 2^nd Cup Format will be 6on6. CTF Cup, Custom Map Cup, Map System Cup would be played with nocrit, mediclimit 1, classlimit 2. Any European teams will be able to participate; you don’t have to play Season 1.
