SpeedFan doesn’t claim to — it can only control fans which are connected to the mobo headers (and of those only ones using PWM).

I’m well aware of that, I use it to set cpu and case fan speeds and use riva for gpu fan settings
which doesn’t alter the fact it’s ironic that an app called SpeedFan can tell you the temperature of your gpu but can’t control its FanSpeed.. that’s all I’m saying

EKHEM only 196.75 are dangerous. the 196.21 are ok and cant damage your graphics card!!!
Since im using win7, could sb give me the links for the new drivers or does win7 upgrade them automatically, i have getting BSOD for a while now tho :S

Forceware Vista drivers work with win7.
nVidia has just released the 197.13 drivers, which should have all the performance gains without melting your GPU:
