I completely agree with this. Spy is not even about being sneaky anymore, just shoot people and run away unharmed -> repeat -> get frags
Clever play should be rewarded instead of braindead DM’ing, all the interesting stuff the spy brings to the game is gone with the spycicle, he is just another flank-class now.
I’ve given up on trying to counter spycicle spies because it’s completely useless

Absolutely braindead unlock, as stated before.
The problem is, Spy mains have already integrated it into their 100% guaranteed get-out-of-jail-free card, banning it would give a bigger backlash than Call of Duty releasing a good game. Banning the dead ringer is also not an option, because it would ruin the diversity of spy play.
Something needs to happen to the spycicle though. It forces a team into much longer periods of paranoia than is required because the spy can simply eat a spycicle and sit somewhere with an amby until it recharges.

Only the Spy mains will cry. And even then, only the bad ones.
If you banned either I still think the main gunspies would still be good.
I couldn’t care less about either being banned though.
Ban Hitman Heatmaker so that all Sniper mains lose their hope in Jump Crouching and fast doublescoping

Which is about 50% of the HL community
plz ban everything i hate because i should always be able to kill this other class that barely gets anything done anyway unless you’re in the top 0.5% of the class
