These kinds of awards will always be kinda pointless as the people who are most advertised will get the most votes, not necessarily the people who are most deserving.
So many awesome people in this community I think pretty much everyone deserves an award, from people who put the time into bringing new players into the scene to people like Byte that are still happy to go to a LAN and cast everything and those who chuck money into the competitive scene with no return.. SO MANY AWESOME PEOPLE!
However after saying all that, it’s about time Comedian got some kind of award, even if it’s just a pixel trophy :P

I have to laugh at people raging at CC winning community of the season, I for one think its nice they won. You have to remember they are like one of the last MGOs that passionately support TF2 and what they have done with their TF2 hub

or have a missed something ? But let’s take ne for example they have their newbie mix group/event which introduce’s new people into the tf2 comp scene.

Crack Clan has not only supported several TF2 teams in the past, but also set up a hub with all infos on their matches, making it easier for their fans to get access to coverage.
Since the awards are for Season 13, I dedicate my award to Sonny Black. He was the one who did the most work for it and kept it running.
First of all congratulations to Crack clan for winning community of the season and surprising team of the season
Sad that NE or TB has not made it to be community of the season.. , for example NE hosted the MGE tournament FOR the community ( big respect to them and there admins for running a SPOT ON tournament ) and personally i thought they would be favorites, tB has been supporting all lower div teams only.Because of the fact that feeding the community with lower divs team is important.
Again congratulations to Crack clan , but next time guys think about what communities actually DO instead of there name,fame and division.

I don’t understand peoples surprise at CC taking community. I know the lines are kind of blurry, but when it comes to which community contributed the most to season 13 itself there really is no contest.
@kaidus, I could easily argue with that, honestly I don’t mind cc// taking community award but they’re not uncontested winners, other communities deserved to win as much or even more depending on how you judge things, the award. tb and ne:: in particular stood out, the first by being highly supportive for newcomers, the second with the mixes (if Im not mistaken), mge tournament and so on.
What confuses me is why people are still “surprised” by cc//’s performance every season, they’ve consistently been one of the best teams in prem for the past 3-4 seasons.
