I'm looking for a strong open team with the goals of top 3, scrims 3-5 times a week and with good attitude and optimistic goals.

I've semi/pro experience in other game titles and i'm now looking to get really good at tf2.
I've around 600 hrs currently but i only play DM,MGE,TF2C and Mix/Merc/Scrim so i would say i on a individual level could play a top 3 open team scout as far as DMing goes, my macro play and calling am i looking to improve.

I play for about 3-8 hours a day and i'm improving rapidly.
