Yo, looking for a div 4/3 team as demo

So, I'm looking for a team that…
-Is active
-Has mumble server, don't really care about a match sever
-Doesn't rage too much, a little is fine as long as it's within limits
-Plays from 20 cet to 23 cet or around that
-Friendly and always up for a laugh

I can seal the deal with…
-Good Aim
-Fast Rollouts
-Fairly active
-Can play 2-3 hours a day usually cause I'm a sad-ass
-I do tend to troll some kinds of people, trying to cut back on it :>
-I'm an easy going kinda guy
-I never rage :o
