you need a guy who shouts really loud that everyone will hear him and do what he says )

Get someone to lead you, someone with passion, conviction and the ability to shout down any slack.

Demand flawless quality and you will either get flawless quality (after a reasonable timeframe) or you’ll expose bad attitude in a player and remove him.

Totally disagree you need people to have the right attitudes to improving aka modest, not stubborn and arrogant as well as people who have ears and use them.

No one man can change a team if they all have appalling attitudes to improving and make the same mistakes week in week out.

I don’t think you can say that without knowing the cause of said attitudes. It could for example be a total lack of motivation and a good team leader can definitely change that.

TF2 is about prompt pushing while getting an advantage. You will succeed, when most of your team grasp it.

Pocket > Watch medic’s pov demo
Roamer > Watch either scout’s pov demo
Scouts > Watch eachother’s pov demos
Demo > Watch pocket’s pov demo
Medic > Watch pocket’s pov demo

Why, because it’s a bad idea to understand how your immediate “partner” thinks? Sure, knowing what your pocket will do a second before he knows it himself is totally worthless :)

Sure. But it’s still better than doing nothing at all, isn’t it?

Well now your saying that digging well with a spoon is better than doing nothing.

Which is true :)

ps. I wasn’t saying “do this, the other suggestions suck” – I was merely sharing something that I’m 100% sure works, regardless of whether it’s time efficient or not. Hopefully common sense stops you from playing one game and spending the rest of the night watching demos..
