Let’s put it this way, to play with Akachu is an accomplishment for any TF2 player.
Akachu is formidable in slaying opponents with his aim. His aim sends people to outer space. His aim is outer space. Akachu uses the quadratic formula mid game to ensure that the geolocation of several body parts has been located. He uses Pythagoras’ theorem mid game to calculate the insane trajectory of his skill level. He is without a doubt the most INSANE player. Ever. Anyone would be lucky to play with Akachu. His use of language is parallel to his level of skill within the game, he will constantly confuse you with words because he is THAT SMART. I am glad Akachu’s team mates let him down because I would be scared to play against him in playoffs. In any game. He will slay you with his almighty meat stick pipe shooter. A solid pickup for any team.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand akachu. His humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical rollouts most of the jokes will go over a typical player’s head. There’s also akachu’s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Dutch literature, for instance. His fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they’re not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike akachu truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humour in akachu’s existential catchphrase “I’m slow to mid” which itself is a cryptic reference to ETF2L’s Season 14 Division 2 playoffs. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as akachu’s genius wit unfolds itself on their monitors. What fools.. how I pity them
